1. Design:
Almost all of the low cost modern egg poultry farm chicken broiler house design is customized. Our engineer design it according to local wind speed, rain load, temperature, size of this poultry farm design( length*width*height, normal the height of low budget poultry house is not more than 2.5m, width is not more than 16m) or how many broilers do you plan to feed in one poultry farm house, etc.? Special Remark:
Three types of poultry farm design:
A: Open side-- It can save the cost of shed, but can not control the temperature very well.
B: Half open side--you can open the curtain, when climate is good. You can close the curtain, when climate is not good. But this tpye chicken house can not be used in cold area.
C: Enclosed poultry farm design--This design can control temperature well and reduce the harm of climate changing to chickens. But the cost is higher.
Feeding Method:
A: Free range on the ground.
1. For broiler, one sqaure meter raises about 30KG of broiler. Main equipment: water systerm, feeding system, heating system, cooling system, etc.
2. For layer, one square meter raises about 10 layers. Main equipment: water systerm, feeding system, heating system,cooling system and egg nest, etc.
B: Feeding in cage
1. For broiler, one sqaure meter raises about 50KG. Main equipment: Automatic Cage System. Automatic Feeding System. Automatic Manure Cleaning system. Environment Control System, etc.
2. For layer, One layers takes around 450cm. . Main equipment: Automatic Cage System. Automatic Feeding System. Automatic Manure Cleaning system. Environment Control System. Automatic Egg Collection System.
