1. Modern Poultry House Design:
Almost all of Modern Poultry House is customized. Our engineer design it according to local wind speed, rain load, temperature,
size of this chicken house, or how many broilers do you plan to feed in one chicken house, etc. Or we following your drawings.
2. Three types of Modern Poultry House:
A: Open side-- It can save the cost of farm, but it can not control the temperature very well.
B: Half open side--you can open or close the curtain to adjust the climate. But this tpye chicken farm can not be used in
cold area.
C: Closed Modern Poultry House--This design can control temperature well and reduce the harm of climate changing to
chickens. But the cost is higher.

Flat packed into 40'HQ or separate into 40'OT.
There are 4 options of installation as following:
1. Clients install it by themselves according our drawings and simple video.
2. Our engineer to help on construction site.
3. We provide installation team to help.
4. Also client could arrange their engineer to visit our factory, our engineer could teach them how to install.

2. What's the quality grade of the steel structure components?
Reply: Q345 is used for main steel structure, Q235 is used for secondary steel structure.
3. How about the delivery time?
Reply: Usually,within 20-35 days after the order confirmed, also depends on the order quantity.
4. How about the derust grade?
Reply: Ball blasting Sa2.5 on main steel structure or by Galvanized frame;
manual derust St2.0 on secondary steel structure.
5. What is kind panel used for the roof and wall?
Reply: Color corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel could be used. Sandwich panel performs well on the heat insulation,
sound insulation.Common sandwich materials are EPS, glass wool and PU sandwich panels.
6. How to install it?
Reply: We will furnish you the detailed construction drawing and the construction manual which could help you to erect and install the building step by step. We also could send the engineer to your local to help you if need. if you have no workteams , we can send our professtional teams to install for you.
7. Maintenance:
Reply: Finish paint need be done after the frame installed, and do it again after 6-8 months. So the surface will stay more time.
8. Chicken house Life :
Reply : All steel structure frame life is more than 50 Years , all caldding sheets are about 20 Years.
